Bikram Richmond is a lovely clean and peaceful place to go and practice yoga in a heated room that enables you to push your body further than you would have thought. I have only been three times, with large gaps in between, and each time I leave feeling healthy and refreshed and the teachers only have helpful constructive comments regardless of how often you practice.
