I had been suffering with hip pain , which would spread down the back of my legs and lower back, for around 4 years. Countless trip to the doctors and physio didn't help and no diagnosis was given. I was actually recommend Anthea by my Yoga teacher and within 15 mins Anthea and diagnosed what she though my pain might be. After the sit session, the pain had completely gone from the lower back and backs of legs. I still get the odd twinge in my hip but it is no where near as bad as it was. I would definitely recommend trying this!

Anthea puts a lot of effort into researching yoga techniques to enable her to meet the experience and needs of her students at every level. Her classes are friendly, informal and any new member will gain from her knowledge, without feeling conscious of their lack of experience. If you have any physio problems Anthea can help either in her classes or in private sessions.
