I went in for a haircut and treatment. Sophie did an excellent job—she was very nice and gave me great advice on a cut that would suit me. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely be back!

I had a keratin treatment at camden Hair club &beauty spa ,and paid £320, trusting their promise that the results would last for six months. Unfortunately, just three days after the treatment, my hair was not straight even after the first wash, despite following all aftercare instructions. When I raised my concerns, I was asked to visit their Camden branch, but they insisted my hair was fine, which was clearly not true. The manager privately offered me a half-price charge for the next visit, asking me not to mention it in front of other customers. She also tried to justify the poor service by saying that other salons would charge over £400. I didn't argue about the price; I simply expected good service. Instead of admitting the mistake, they refused to take responsibility. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this salon to anyone

Not good at cutting. Old style. Too much cut away. Not blended around the front. I have a bob at the front and long at the back. Butchering! Hair was all one length where you can see my hand in the picture. I asked for a trim and this is what I’m having to style everyday. Bare in mind I don’t have the time to blowdry or straighten which I wanted to move away from using the straightener. I will never come back here very bad. All the women inside have long dry hair.
