Love everything about Casa Spa. The women are wonderful- give amazing scrubs and massages and really take care of you. It is the perfect antidote to London life!! I’ve been five times in the last two years. It’s a Hammam- so do expect to take your top down for the scrub etc. I usually just have the Hammam package for £45- it’s an authentic experience (rather than a typically clinical ‘London experience) which I love about it & highly recommended. I’ve never been when it’s overcrowded… and as for the cold scrub area mentioned- it’s true, but you can just ask the ladies to spray the hot shower before your scrub which warms it up nicely. Any ambiguity is quickly resolved by asking :)

The girls were sweet but unfortunately not helpful enough to salvage what turned out to be a disappointing experience at Cassa Spa. Having experienced authentic Hammam treatments multiple times before, I can confidently say this was not up to standard. The space itself was not clean, and when I was sent to change, the room was tiny, smelly, and had no light. Things only got worse from there. When I was sent for a shower, the staff member literally pushed me under the water, which was scalding hot—I almost burned my skin. Instead of a relaxing experience, it felt rushed and careless. When I called for help, I was sent to another shower, where the staff member hastily applied soap on my body in a few spots and then handed it to me before sending me straight to the steam room. I was left there for what felt like forever, with no one checking in or ensuring I was okay. My eyes started to burn, and when I asked for a tissue, I was rudely told to use tap water instead. When I said I couldn't sit any longer, I was told I had no choice because the rooms were busy. The attitude was dismissive and unfriendly. Finally, during the scrub, the two ladies performing the treatment were too busy chatting loudly to even focus on the service. What was meant to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience—especially on my birthday—turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My friend and I had the Escape Package for 2 yesterday at Casa Spa. It was our first hammam experience and we will definitely be back. As soon as we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome and at ease in this lovely space. Yes it is quite small and intimate....but it suited our needs perfectly. We felt thoroughly pampered after our treatment which included a body scrub, face and hair mask and the most wonderful massage ever. We relaxed in the steam room and met some regular customers who couldn't praise the spa enough which is a good sign. We enjoyed the tea and chilling in the relaxation area. As mentioned by many.....what makes this place special is the wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for us and treated us respectfully and with kindness. Thank you to all of them for making this is a magical experience for both of us. On the day of our visit Casa Spa was quiet and peaceful so we chose a good time to visit.
