i joined this martial arts academy completely for fitness reasons only. i have experienced many more than that. i have had many confidence boosts and most of that down to the Assistant Instructor Training. i have learnt many new life skills from Assistant Instructor Training and my regular classes to. i feel castle martial arts is like a tight knit community, everyone is friendly to one another and i feel accepted as a person and a martial artist. Everyone gets along and the learning involved is fun though discipline is very important and self discipline to. the life skills help you grow as a person and later on in life to. i wouldnt choose another venue or martial arts either!
