Do not get nails done here!!! There is a reason that they are the only salon in town that always have availability…..they are awful! Badly painted nails, poor acrylic work, acrylics lasting just a day or so if lucky yet charging premium price of £48! So so so bad! Would highly recommend going anywhere else!!!

I’ve been coming to this salon for the past few years and the staff are amazing! Lynn and Nina are always so welcoming and helpful, taking the best care of my nails and providing an exceptional experience. I’d 100% recommend to anyone in the Chelsea area looking for a salon that does it all!

I had to really think hard about writing this review as I hate receiving negative reviews, however my experience at this place is not something I would want anyone to go through. I visited the salon for a manicure, my first experience was okay, I have naturally long, strong nails or at least I had naturally strong nails before I started getting my nails done here. On my second visit one of the ladies advised that I use the dipping powder as it’s better and lasts longer, I blindly agreed to this. I only left this on for less than a month and decided to book myself in for another manicure. I couldn’t believe the horror when they took off the polish and half my nails were green. Something I have never experienced in the 15 years I’ve had my nails done. The lady who’d done my nails had the audacity to say it happens when you leave your nails on too long, despite the fact that I had left mine on for less than a month. I don’t work in an environment that constantly exposes my nails to moisture or any of the explanation she gave, and the only logical explanation for this is they hygiene at the salon or that the nails were not done well to begin with. I left this salon with a hideous bacterial nail infection (green nail syndrome) that I have to treat and I hope no one gets to go through this. I have trimmed my nails and can’t even have any nail polish on to hide the hideous green colour on them. I will be looking for a way ti get this dealt with as this is beyond unacceptable and shouldn’t happen to anyone else
