I had an amazing facial by Fatima. First of all, the room was gorgeous and warm -- I hate being cold at a spa! She was very clear about what to expect and thoroughly explained what my skin needed and why. The facial was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing. I seriously felt like I was going to melt into the bed. They don't do extractions at Clarins (but I still feel like I got a great facial) so there is nothing uncomfortable about it -- just pure bliss!
