About Curvenetics
Based on classical ballet and dance, Curvenetics uses small non-impact movements that work the muscles very precisely to help you flatten your stomach, pull you in at the hip and bottom and tone you up all over. The 20 unique exercises have been taught for 37 years by ballet trained fitness expert, Tracy Rose, giving maximum comfort and effectiveness with results being seen after just two or three sessions and very noticeable improvements after ten just by doing one session per week. For superb facial conditioning and natural face lift, 30 minute personalised facial exercise sessions are bookable.
