She is skilled at hairdressing, but her conduct can feel unprofessional. In a previous appointment, she talked at me about her personal life for half an hour before even starting the haircut—I felt stuck in a monologue. This time, she barely spoke, and handled my hair aggressively. The inconsistency and poor emotional regulation made the experience absurd. Response to Owner: I shared my experience honestly and stand by my feedback. Your response further demonstrates the unprofessionalism I highlighted—rather than engaging with my concerns, you’ve chosen to attack my character and dismiss my experience. Using a different name was a precaution based on my expectation of this kind of defensive reaction, not an attempt to deceive or "coordinate" anything. I have no interest in damaging your reputation—only in ensuring that future clients are aware of the environment they may encounter. Regarding the handling, there is a difference between firm technique and aggressive treatment. As a professional, it would serve you better to acknowledge how clients experience your service rather than disregarding their discomfort as exaggeration. Feedback—whether positive or critical—is a normal part of running a business. How you respond to it speaks volumes. Publicly posting my full name, presumably obtained from Treatwell’s private booking data, is, in my view, a potential GDPR breach and further reflects your unprofessionalism.

This is a hidden hair heaven. Ela can take care of your hair and she makes you feel comfortable. She changed my colour as I had old different colours, now it looks so bright and healthy, better than ever!!
