Natelie is an Amazing therapist, so kind, patient and knowledgeable. As soon as I enter into her presence I am so relaxed and feel safe in her care. Natalie explains the treatment and what she is doing along with the benefits at each visit. I love that she allows me to be quite if I want to and to also listen to me if I want to have a chat. I look forward to her unique treatments that she offers and as a Beauty therapist teacher, I can sincerely say Natalie goes above and beyond making sure her clients are treated with the upmost respect. Epitome beauty is my go too for my treatments.

I went for a back and buttock facial treatment And had a very relaxing experience. A laser is used to target any blemishes or marks you may have and during that part it is mildly zappy for want of a better word but Natalie explains every element of the treatment process and clearly is very knowledgeable about her treatments. The back scrub was divine. Natalie uses just the right amount of firmness during the massage. The environment is warm and relaxing. You’re never left alone during the process which is also very reassuring. A lovely Saturday afternoon treat, which I am looking forward to repeating.

Loved my time at Epitome of Beauty. From when I arrived Nikki made me feel welcome and made me feel comfortable very quickly. She made sure I was comfortable for my wax. She gave an excellent massage. Excellent value for money and fantastic service. Looking forward to more treatments. Thank you
