I cannot recommend more! Stacie is fantastic, she welcomed me with such a great energy and attitude, made me feel at ease and created a great space for me to talk and share. I felt heard and understood! After our three sessions, I feel re-energised yet calm, serene. She also gave me some precious tools to recognise some patterns of anxiety and stop them before it evolves.
