This is the worst service I have ever received. Upon arrival at 3:20, 10 minutes early for our appointment, my sister and I were told that we were, in fact, 20 minutes late. When the lady confirmed what we had booked, what she had written down was incorrect. It would seem that trying to communicate with customers through masks is not effective. Once I had finally been asked to choose a colour, I waited while my sister was seen to, despite the fact we had booked to be seen at the same time. 45 minutes later, still waiting and seeing several others be seen before me, even one lady who 'popped in on the off chance', I decided I just couldn't be bothered. When it came to paying for the gels my sister had, we were told that we could only pay by cash and there was no offer of any compensation or discount for my unpleasant experience. What was meant to be a fun, end of GCSE/welcome home from uni treat was ruined. I have never had such appalling service and othes should steer well clear.
