i went to the hairdressers with nearly black hair and unrealistically as to be red (bright red) connor explained to me this may not be possible but after taking a piece of hair to test called me to say it was possible ( much to my excitement) I was greeted on my arrival at the salon and asked if i would like a drink and made to feel very welcome , connor was very professional and appeared to know my hair (that he had only previously blow-dried once) inside out. after i had been tended to and many cups of tea later my hair was the red i wanted for so long (well after seeing Rihana in sneak mag lol) if having the colour I wanted wasn't enough the cut I received was just what I wanted and styled better than I could ever hope to do my self , i left the salon feeling a million dollars and would of quite happily paid double what I did. A* treatment thumbs up connor :-) p.s had so many positive comment on both cut and colour I love it and would recommend any of my friends or family in a heart beat !!!!
