Absolutely love this salon from my hair cuts to my nails even topping up my tan!! The customer service you receive from the lovely team here is always spot on!! They are always so friendly and welcoming making it an easy decision to keep returning

Superb cut and colour yet again from the wonderful staff at Gravity, cannot recommend them highly enough. I have been having my hair cut and coloured here for almost 20 years! Never a bad experience to date! Images are my last 2 cuts and colour from this year x

Booked a Balayage package here through Treatwell and it was a massive mistake because I've never experienced such a horrible colour job or customer service - looked like I had tried to do it myself at home. You can literally see the vertical comb marks where they lobbed the colour on. They did not use proper colour brush or foils, instead awkwardly combed the colour in unevenly and separated layers with bits of cotton wool. When I tried to call the salon afterwards to speak to the manager, no one answered the phone so I raised the issue with Treatwell who also struggled to get through to the manager. When they finally did, the manager was rude and said he "didn't think it looked that bad." I had to go to another salon to get this horrifically botched job fixed and the new salon was absolutely stunned at the state of my hair. The only redeeming factor about this salon was that the haircut I got was ok. But if you're thinking of getting a Balayage or any other colour treatment from here, AVOID.
