The worst customer service experience I have ever, ever had. I made an appointment for a cut and blow dry last Wednesday for today (the following Thursday at one) when I arrived, I was told by an Garry that it hadn't been written in the book (I'm almost certain it was him who took the initial appointment with me) and he said that I could 'either wait half an hour or go'. I was very upset and I rightly wasn't willing to wait 30 minutes for an appointment when I had booked one over a week before. As I left he shouted, almost mockingly 'sorry' at me. I was in tears at this point. I will be contacting the manager as his behaviour towards me warrants dismissal.

I've been going to Hair 2000 for over 20 years now as its the best place in Scotland for a haircut. Its a family run business and the same guy has been cutting my hair for a long long time and every hairdresser I have had in there are all spot on and very friendly with a great atmosphere and great prices you have to go. I now travel a good few miles just for a haircut here. I short back and sides and everything else. 110% recommended
