I live in the US. Someone hacked my wife's PayPal account and tried to ship a PS5 controller to this address. Wouldn't want my hair cut here.

My go to for beauty treatments. Waxing and threading issues are sorted out quickly, efficiently and hygienically. The ladies are friendly and personable. Vanessa the nail lady is also great. Still my nail salon choice . I always go for my nail treatments. Just finished a marathon beauty treatment of mani, pedi and lashes. Vanessa really took time to do my lashes. She was meticulous and very patient. My lashes took 2hrs but it was worth. The final result was very natural and flawless. So pleased with my lashes. I will definitely come again. She is very professional.

This place used to be really good for eyebrow threading and hair cutting ( but this was more than 8/9 years ago). Words are not enough to describe what I went through on that day and having an important gathering which of course I could not attend due to horror I experienced! The ladies working there are highly unprofessional and unqualified. I had a terrible experience which left me shocked and traumatised for many days … One of the unprofessional or should I say incompetent ladies working there burnt my face! I kept saying and insisting that the wax was hot but she silenced me by saying it’s ok and completely ignoring what I was saying. The result left me very panicked with my face being tomato red and burnt! All she had to say is it’s ok use cream it will be fine and I was dismissed as she went on to see the next customer. I have been to many salons and have waxed my face for years but never did I experience unprofessionalism and a burn on that level. The worst is that the blame was put on me as I was told that I have sensitive skin and that I should not wax my face from now on. Until this day I’m confused as to how I was blamed for it despite her ignoring me. I was in utter shock and couldn’t believe what had happened. I immediately went to a local pharmacy to get an anti septic cream needless to say that they were also shocked to see the state of my face. The particular lady that did it is clearly unprofessional and probably hired from the streets she also messed up my brows despite telling her I don’t want it to be thin.I guess I should be pleased that my brows were not burnt! I’m not someone that wants or likes to complain but this place has to be avoided at all costs! It is a miracle itself that my skin has healed but it left me traumatised and self conscious for many days and a scar forever ! Oh and the worst is yet time come, the lady expected and demanded me to pay despite my burnt face! To anyone reading this avoid avoid the women’s section of the salon and avoid avoid the Muslim (hijabi iraqi lady). She will smile at you but I assure you she is incredibly unprofessional and incompetent.The evidence speaks for itself on the attached picture….. I will be taking this matter further and won’t let this unprofessional lady burn anyone else’s face! This place deserves 0 stars but that doesn’t seem to be an option. Not only was my face burnt but the aftermath left me in more agony! The cream was stinging my face to the point that it was burning non stop and I had to resort taking painkillers (paracetamol) just for the pain/ stinging to ease. Sadly I didn’t take many pictures due to crying and trying to come to terms with the damage caused! Let’s just say the pictures are only a fraction of what I went through!Think twice before you go to Safin Salon Ladys section!
