Awful customer services. I don’t recommend anyone to visit, they just after your money and awful service and no refund. My daughter went over a month ago and her thumps got stuck on the main door as it’s faulty. Apparently the door not working properly and they put a small sign somewhere to say so. Her finger was bleeding and she was crying shaking, the staff tried to provide a treatment and insisted during that trauma. She couldn’t do her treatment and had to take her to A&E spend the day there and she couldn’t use her hand for more than a week which was the exam week. Anyway, called them to get a refund because my daughter is not happy to go there again after what happened. They refused and we asked for a manager to speak to, emails and calls!!! Over a month now and they ignored I am going to take it legally Please if anyone had similar issues with refund or customer service Please can we get in touch. I asked for their insurance details and public liability and no response and checked online and this company name been changed many times so not sure who to contact there and for that I am in a contact with a legal department. So please get in touch and let me know your experience

My beautician is absolutely brilliant and I go to her regularly. Facilities are clean and modern. Only issue is no-one answers phone or returns voicemail in a timely manner. That could be better.

This is my third session at HD MedSpa, and the results have been amazing! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The receptionist greets you with a smile, and the laser specialist ensures a smooth and comfortable experience. Jery, in particular, is incredibly patient and attentive, making sure every detail is taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with the service!
