Jade in Wandsworth is an outstanding stylist and gave me the trendiest haircut considering I had to go to bob length to correct the mistake. Wiolette in Wandsworth finished my look off with the most fantastic colour to help bring life back in my hair after all my colour was cut off. She is excellent with colour and made sure I was 100% happy. Thank you guys Best Mona

Extremely Disappointed with Service and Resolution I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Headmasters, Wandsworth that has had a lasting impact on my life. As a 20-something living in London, struggling financially, I was shocked by how poorly the salon handled a mistake that left me in a difficult situation. I went in for a simple haircut, but the stylist severely damaged my hair—taking off far more than requested and leaving me with uneven lengths. This has taken a huge mental toll on me, as the damage was significant and immediate. I have had to consider getting hair extensions just to feel like myself again, but the salon has refused to cover this cost despite admitting fault. While they offered a refund for my original service and three complimentary haircuts, the solution is nowhere near enough to address the severity of the damage done. Haircuts won't restore the length and condition of my hair, and I had hoped that such a large company would take more responsibility for the situation. It’s disappointing that a brand like this, which should prioritize customer satisfaction, has refused to provide compensation for their mistake when it would hardly impact them financially. I understand that policies are in place, but I feel let down by their unwillingness to go beyond a refund, given the impact their actions have had on me. It’s disheartening to think that other customers could go through a similar experience and face the same lack of support. I would caution anyone considering a visit here—be aware that mistakes can happen, and you may not receive the support you expect if something goes wrong.

A full head of highlights and toner by Chloe! She did a wonderful job, she was professional, not too chatty which is a bonus if you just want to chill. She was very efficient but thorough and precise, could tell by the attention she paid to detail whilst bleaching. Recommend considering Chloe to do your hair! I am very happy with the result and only took 3 hours, which is a record for me! Photos taken in natural lighting.
