I went here on a Saturday in January and it was packed unsurprisingly. The service was very good though, as was the coffee which came on a lovely white china tray! My stylist gave me some good advice and as requested cut minimal length off my hair and also managed to tame my unruly curls into a wonderfully sleek managable style which I loved.I tend to 'shop around’ a lot when it comes to hairdressers, but this one may have changed that. Prices are very reasonable too and apparently they have got a colour discount on at the moment so I’m very tempted to go and utilise that…

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! The "stylist" chopped off my hair at least 5 centimeters shorter than we agreed and completely missed everything we talked about before he started cutting! Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!
