I first began to be interested in alternative & holistic therapies over 28 years ago when my first child was born with severe asthma & eczema.I have suffered with IBS, PMT, Migraines etc for many years & through diet changes & holistic therapies I have now managed to control the symptoms. I enjoy seeing what a difference I can make to peoples lives by helping them deal with their health issues through alternative therapies.
