Hot Stone Spa is easily one of the best places for a massage. I’ve been there many times and have tried most of the therapists—they are all incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and well-trained. The know exactly how to work on problem areas. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even enjoyable. If you’re looking for top-quality therapists in a clean, relaxing space, this is the place to go.

It was very noisy in the spa during my massage treatment today. Too noisy to relax. Feeling extremely irritable after my 1 hour massage, wasted £60. The massage was too light, and has created more tension as a result. I was having a great week. I won't be returning. I'm a CIBTAC qualified therapist, and can detect that Anna didn't perform a proper warm up (effleurage), kneeding, lymphatic drainage, or calming down to move deep lymph stagation.This has triggered an immune response, causing inflammation in my body. The level of irritation after the massage is overwhelming as my lymph wasn't drained in the treatment. Anna made excuses that weren't valid. She felt hesitant in booking a follow up. Appears she maybe doesn't like performing 1 hour treatments. I'm returning to a salon in Kensal Rise next weekend. They give proper Swedish and deep tissue massage, and move the lympatic system. Today, day after treatment, can feel my lymph needs to be moved, ( and massaged properly), will massage myself today to try and move it and will exercise. I've now booked to go for massage at another salon for a proper massage next weekend to relieve this inflammation, irritability and lymph stagnation from this massage. * Also the salon instructed that I pay before the treatment and not after. A great way to steal money for inadequate treatment and services. I do not recommend this salon.

Anna is very knowledgeable and experienced. She was attentive to my concerns and tailored the session to work around my needs as well as giving a full body quality massage. I left rejuvenated, uplifted and without pain and stiffness that I came with. I would recommend Anna and the salon in general. I cannot believe I have not tried this place earlier. I am definitely coming back for more.
