Was really disappointed with overall experience the manager was down right rude and the staff had a take it or leave it atitude, the surroundings were not well presented, towels smelt as through they had been used previously. i wouldnt go again.The only person there the therapist Catherine was really professional and to be honest did a very good job id say she was wasted there
