SALON SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN! – UNHYGIENIC & RIPPED OFF MY NAILS! I had the absolute worst experience at this nail salon. I went in for a professional acrylic removal on my feet, but what I got was severe nail damage, unprofessional service, and completely unhygienic practices. Instead of soaking my nails in acetone after drilling down the acrylic, the technician used a dirty used extension tip from the dust box to forcefully flick off the remaining acrylic—ripping off my actual nails in the process. Half of my toenails were torn off, leaving my natural nails thin, weak, and in pain. When I told them this was the wrong method, they finally applied acetone I had to ask about the acetone; but she immediately went back in with the drill not even scrapping the gummy acrylic. Thinning my nails even more and continuing to use the same dirty, used extension tip from the dust bag. I stopped the whole process and went to speak to the manager, only to be met with complete disregard for my concerns. The manager claimed that everyone was “qualified” with a Level 3 nail technician certification, yet the person working on my nails did not even speak English and had to use Google Translate. The manager insisted that this was the “correct” way to remove acrylics from feet—shaving them down, then forcibly flicking them off with a used extension tip—which is absolutely not the industry standard and is extremely dangerous. To make matters worse, the staff even asked me not to leave a review, which says everything about their business practices. They clearly prioritize rushing through clients and getting paid over hygiene and proper nail care. If you care about your nails and want a safe, professional, and hygienic service, DO NOT go to this salon. I am completely disgusted by their methods and their lack of accountability. Save your money and your nails—go somewhere else! This shop should be closed down!
