I visited this salon once, and while the haircut and hair coloring were well done from Sue, I didn’t feel that she genuinely cared about her customers or had much patience. When my hairdresser washed my hair, it was quite uncomfortable. She seemed rushed, making big, careless movements, and didn’t even ask if the water temperature was okay. As a result, the water fluctuated between too hot and too cold, which made the experience unpleasant. After my haircut, I had some questions since it was a new style for me. I wanted advice on how to style it and maintain the color, but in the middle of our conversation, she just walked away to the reception area—as if to signal that I should stop asking and just pay. I also noticed that she helped the customer before me with their jacket, but didn’t bother doing the same for me, which felt dismissive. I understand that some other hairdressers there may not speak English, and that’s completely fine. However, basic politeness goes a long way. Instead of walking away mid-conversation, a simple smile or a polite “sorry, no English” would have been much more respectful. Overall, while the technical skills here seem good, the customer service left a lot to be desired.

I had an appointment with June today regarding gents perm and cut. The whole time I was there I felt really welcome and June showed high level of skills regarding men perms. I am extremely satisfied with the result. It is not cheap, but it is definitely worth the money. Highly recommended if you looking to get you hair done / perm. Jubilee Hair salon is the one.

I got my hair bleached by Hoon, and it was an amazing experienceMy hair didn't get damaged at all, and I got the exact color I wanted!!The entire process was handled with great care, and the consultation was thorough and honest, which made me feel completely at ease. If someone's considering bleaching and colouring hair, I highly recommend Hoon hairdresser :)
