I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. I had an appointment booked for nearly 2 months. An hour and a half before the appointment they phoned me and asked me to delay my arrival. I agreed. There was terrible traffic due to a protest in central London and phoned to confirm that I should still attend even if delayed further - they said yes. They then cancelled my appointment as soon as I was outside the door. They are now refusing to refund my £45 deposit and claimed I was ‘threatening’ them when I complained. As a consumer it is my legal right. They also used AI in their emails because when I checked it through software detection it returned 100% as an AI script. Their manner with me was unprofessional and rude. They were also inaccurate in their relaying of events via email. I would not trust this salon with my money nor my hair.

Kink by Nature is hands down the best salon for curly haircuts! It’s my go-to for all my haircuts, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone with curly hair. The experience here truly elevates your hair care routine, with stylists who not only understand curls but also genuinely care about providing the best hairdresser experience and making you embrace your curly hair. Each time I come for a cut I leave feeling super fabulous and proud to be a curly girl. If you want to give your curls the love and attention they deserve, this is the place to go! :)

It was my first time visiting a hairdresser who specializes in curly hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My curls have never looked this defined and bouncy. Chanel was absolutely lovely—she took her time explaining how to care for and style my hair, walking me through every step of the process. It was such a positive and educational experience. Highly recommend!
