We loved the pool, sauna, steam room so on, but was very dissappointed with the service. It took 50 mins to actually get into the changing rooms. The staff were unfriendly and not very helpful. When we arrived we were asked to take a seat and someone would be over with our robes. After 25 mins my friend went upto the desk to chase this up, only to be told there would be a cost and to take a seat. We then were asked if we would like to order lunch for later which we did. Bearing in mind we were still waiting for our robes. After 50 mins of waiting we all went upto the reception desk to see what was happening. A young man gave us towels and showed us around and was extremely helpful. The young lady that served us lunch was also very helpful. although the quality of the food was very poor, our bread was dry and chips cold. At 13;30 we all went for a file and polish which was ok I personally felt the polish was not put on very well and another lady in our group felt the same. It was a shame as we had all been looking forward to the day so much, but it was spolit by the slowness at the begining of the day as we had wanted to enjoy the facilities more but didnt have time.
