This is for the nail salon inside. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! They are extremely rude and don’t have a clue what they are doing. While I was waiting, a girl told them to stop her pedicure as the “nail tech” cut her nail off and it was bleeding everywhere. The girl left the chair and walked out. That should have been my first indication to stop. I got a mani and a pedi, they had to take me downstairs as one pedi chair was full and the other had to be cleaned (because of the blood I assume) I went downstairs and the pedi was horrifi. The water was freezing cold. Anyway… I went upstairs to do my mani, she cut my cuticles and left bits and painted. I went on holiday the next day and all my nails were chipping off already (this was shellac). My nails were absolutely awful. I came back and went back to the shop to see what could have been done about this and showed her evidence that my nails started to chip away by day one. She started shouting “that’s not your hand where is your ring?” Because I was wearing a ring in the photo and not when I went back. When I told her give me my money back or sort it out she got in a mood starting to scream at me to sit down in the chair. When I tried to explain it that I don’t appreciate the fact it chipped in one day of it happened 2 weeks later I wouldn’t have come. She told me to shut up. Then she proceeded to paint only 3/4 of my nail .. I wanted to cuss her out but I stayed just to be petty at this point like her. Afterwards I went across the road to get a take off and redo. Disgusting attitude and disgusting behaviour. I’ve never been back since. I now go across the road where they know how to treat people and how to do nails properly. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Shame that it’s inside this shop and they don’t have their own review page because the clinic has to get the raiting.

Love the place and its staff, in particular Azam(hair coloring and styling, and waxing is exceptional) and Zarah( great laser specialist ). Super friendly, hardworking and welcoming. Fantastic, supportive staff. Also and you can have your nails done at a reasonable price!

So yesterday I went and got shellac acrylic gel my toes are amazing without a doubt however my hands are absolutely disgusting. Firstly for some reason they feel really heavy on my nails , secondly they’re so thick. I specifically told the girl who was doing my girl nails to not do them thick but yet she still did. The painting of the French on my thumb one is thin the other is thick and disgusting even though I request for it to be thin for all of them and for all of them to be presentable however it does not look like that. As it was nearly time for them to close the lady began to rush and not take her time anymore. I stayed around 2/3hr while her doing my nails and I wish they were even good. This has got to be the worst experience ever. Never again. I’ve attached the photos of what I asked for and what I got . Oh and even worse the the base of the colour was running out and she didn’t even change it she continued to use the same one and now if you look closely at my nails you can see the how unprofessionally done it was.
