The manicure was awful. I asked for a round shape and came out with pointy nails. It did not look like a professional had done it! The atmosphere was terrible and the therapist didnt hardly speak to me, maybe because her English was so bad.Facial was OK, but the therapist asked me what skin type I have, surely she is meant to asses that?!It was nothing special, I wonder if its because I had a voucher that I had bought via KGB, so I was just a cheap client and they definitely treated me that way!Wouldnt go back here, even if it was free!
