I wrote a review last week and managed to only select "one star" instead of "five star" so am entering this again - sorry Helen! I was given a facial treatment for my 40th birthday last summer and have not looked back. I have monthly hot stone therapy for neck, back and shoulder tension which is the MOST effective massage I have had. I have travelled the world on business and I can categorically state that I have never had massage to beat it! For those of you who also like to indulge yourself, I can also recommend the manicure and any of the facials. Enjoy!

Wow, what a great manicure and hand massage included. I haven't had many manicures before so really didn't know what to expect but none of them were like Helen's not only did my nails look fantastic but my hands felt great too.

Helen always takes great care of me. Her back massages are the best I have had, I often have hot stones as well. She is always accomadating and friendly.

This is a small but beautifully appointed salon, warm and relaxing. Helen gives a wonderful warm welcome and puts you at ease straight away. I have had the Facial and a massage, Wow!this is really something, the facial includes a head massage and kept going right to my fingertips. Her massage is without compare, the knots and kinks just disappeared. Thank you Helen for a fantastic 5 star experience.

It is very personal but professional. Also able to mix and match treatments to suit my individual need. Salon always spotless clean but have a warm ambiance that makes me feel very relaxed.

I have been going to Maylee for well over a year now and find the special treatment which lasts an hour and a half really wonderful and such good value ! I can afford to have a luxury facial which makes my skin feel great too ! I have to thank Maylee for a series of good massages on a dodgy shoulder which is now much improved - and I still haven't tried the manicure or the pedicure yet ! I dropped a hint or two last Christmas and I was delighted when Santa brought me some Maylee vouchers- suberb present ! Oh and there's a nice range of jewellery as well ! Highly recommended - a real treat !

I have had facials and massages at several salons,some 'big name'ones,which although good, are nothing compared to Helen's. She not only gives an amazing facial - including a steam treatment second to none - but she includes an amazing face massage focussing on the acupressure points, plus head,neck and shoulder massage all included. I have also regularly had body massage and even hot stone massage, these are second to none as she has the strongest hands and has sorted out my frozen shoulder and several knots in my neck shoulders etc. All in a lovely relaxing environment, cannot recommend highly enough.

I had been staying with family for a wedding and I needed to remove my Acrylic nails before returning home. I did the usual search and found a number of salons who could do what I wanted but none of them answered their telephones. That is none except Helen at MayLee Beauty. She did everything she could to find a space for me as I wanted to have the nails removed the same day. I am glad to say not only did she fit me in she took wonderful care of me when I arrived and through out the process. I am really glad that I continued to look down the list otherwise I would not have discovered this hidden Gem. I will definitely be coming back every time I am visiting my family I will be making an appointment.
