I am extremely disappointed and concerned with the service provided here for their lash lift. While my mum was receiving the treatment, it was clear that many essential items were either missing or running out. The staff were whispering about obvious issues—such as the glue being left open and becoming tacky—and the tint itself was sticky when removed. One of the two ladies in the room seemed panicked, while the other remained calm ignoring her concerns, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Throughout the process, they repeatedly encouraged me to sit in the waiting area, but I politely refused. It felt as though they were trying to remove me from the room to cover up their mistakes. I was not going to leave my mum unattended, especially when it was clear that they were unsure of what they were doing. The final result was extremely disappointing—there was no noticeable difference, and no tint was visible. The service cost £33, but even at that price, it wasn’t worth it. You’d be better off buying an eyelash curler. To make matters worse, excess glue was left on my mum’s eyelid, and when she questioned it, they simply told her it would remain sticky for a couple of days. I watched professional lash lift tutorials while sitting there, and not once did I hear that sticky eyelids were a normal outcome—it’s appalling. A service like this should not be offered by those who are not properly trained. I highly recommend asking for proof of qualifications and experience before booking an appointment. Don’t waste your money on a treatment that can be done correctly elsewhere.

Was really happy with my design initially. But when I got my nail removed at another salon they said that I had a nail infection from my acrylics not being properly applied and therefore moisture had been trapped underneath and caused an infection, my natural nails are now yellow. Will not be coming back

Absolutely loved it, got a complementary drink on entry and the decor was beautiful staff were polite. Talked to my nail tech the whole time. I really recommend renny she’s the best I showed her an inspo pic and she ate.
