I had a bit of a hair disaster yesterday at home. I had been using black box dye for a while, and when I tried to remove the colour myself, it left me with patches of brassy red, orange, and an overall uneven mess. I wanted a caramel brown, but what I ended up with was far from it. Goli, my stylist, was AMAZING! So kind, patient, and a great listener. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and what had gone wrong with my hair. Instead of rushing into a quick fix, she carefully planned how to correct the color while keeping my hair as healthy as possible. The whole team was incredible, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The result was a gorgeous golden caramel shade that looks even, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for! I couldn’t be happier, honestly. My hair feels so much better, and I finally have the color I wanted. If you’ve had a hair color nightmare or just want an expert who truly listens, I can’t recommend Goli and the team at Melody hair and beauty enough. They saved my hair, and I’m beyond grateful!

I had a very good experience here! I've had my hair dyed (blonde - some know that is lengthy) and styled, my brows and a lashes lift. I spent quite a time in the salon, so I could also witness the treatment that others had. I only have appreciative words to say. The ladies are so patient, dedicated, kind and professional! They stayed late for me, and only let me go when they were completely happy with the result (my eyes were closed), and I could only be thankful for that. That gained my trust from the first contact, I stayed and I was happy I have! I will definitely return!

The LONGEST pedi of my life, nail polish not sticking, had to change beauty technician, got a cut on the toe (I know it could happen if not too experienced but still very poor quality overall!) Came here cause my usual salon did not have availability and open to explore new options, definitely not this one again!
