The best facial I've ever had, and I have tried quite a few spots in different cities. Sasha was incredible! My face, neck and head had never been massaged with such competence and generosity, it was heaven. And she was so nice and sweet on top of that! I'd love to come back for another :) Thank you again Sasha!!

The 5 stars are for the Spa staff, not for the facilities. Visited yesterday after receiving a gift voucher for my birthday. The Spa staff was friendly, helpful and polite, but have to say a special thank you to Tasha, who gave me my treatments. She is brilliant !!! Best massage I've had in years, both gentle and firm where required and as a sufferer of chronic back pain, did a very soothing massage at the end of my 3 hour session when my back had spasmed from lying down for a long time. The facial treatment was heaven. She massaged my face and scalp, neck and shoulders and the whole experience was bliss. I slept remarkably well last night (which is a problem generally) and will certainly be going back just for Tasha. It is a shame that the facilities are not to a better standard, especially cleanliness in the toilets and changing rooms, but Tasha and the staff could easily fit into any high end spa beautifully - I hope the management are aware of the value of their team.

Had a Buy a Gift Voucher, was overall just 'fine'. Experienced started with two very nice ladies at reception, but upon leaving we had the most rude, uninterested receptionist. Facilities generally modern, though the fact it's in a public leisure centre is very clear, you can tell... Regardless the massage was great and masseuse was very kind, caring, took her time and made me feel relaxed, used nice products. The sauna, steam room was also relaxing, nice we were given robes and towels, but it wasn't nice that it's shared with gym members so people coming sweaty from gym classes coming in with you isn't ideal. Pool is disappointing as its a public pool used by school kids so no different than what you can get for free in your area, changing rooms also communal to the gym too which makes it feel not luxurious. Wasn't the cleanest changing rooms and toilets but not dirty, still useable. I won't be back to their spa but it's fine for what it is. Would probably only get a massage here if I was a gym member etc. and could get it for free or cheap after a session. But it's certainly no spa.
