Unfortunately, a good experience turned into nightmare customer service! I had a lovely cut (one of the best) and colour, however, once washed the day after I noticed that 3 inches from my head was a lot darker than the rest of my hair. I phoned back for a recommendation of how to solve this and followed the steps accordingly, one of them being 'apply fairy liquid'. I was advised to then call back once I had tried this if that hadn't worked. It hadn't made a difference so I called back to find a resolution, hoping that they would invite me back in to have a look at it. I was directed to the 'manager' (who I later found out wasn't actually the manager) who told me "your hair dresser has done a great job, thank you, goodbye," and then HUNG UP on me! I was shocked. I had never said she hadn't done a good job, I was just following the advice she gave me. So I called back and was spoken to again very rudely. I feel completely dissatisfied and devastated to be treated in this way.
