TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, UTTERLY CONDESCENDING AND PATRONISING OWNERS I asked my skin therapist Louise to give me another tube of Environ Vit C before travelling abroad, however she insisted that I should buy Reform vit c 20% serum instead. I reminded her that my skin in the past, in another clinic reacted badly to other vit C product but I had good results with Environ. However, she instead and out of respect I ended up buying the product. This product was certainly not suitable for traveling as was in glass bottle. After a few days of using this product my skin reacted badly and ended up getting a consultation by a skin doctor. The dermatologist looked at the ingredients and told me that it was not suitable for my skin type, hence the terrible reaction which I had to live with for many weeks. When I had my next regular skin treatment on my return to London, I took the product back, explained what happened to Louise and showed the photos. The product I brought back was hardly used and I asked for a refund, so I could buy the correct Vit C product, Environ. She asked the manager Claire, who immediately said NO to refund. Their excuse was the Reform skincare would not give them a refund. They didn't even try to communicate with the company and just refuse to help me. Also they told me to keep using this product couple of times a week, so it would not go to waste, which I thought was totally strange thing to say knowing that my skin had a terrible reaction and such a serum should not be used couple of times a week only. I was following Corinna Tolan on Instagram. A few weeks later after my last skin treatment, I saw Corinna promoting and talking about Vit C products and I asked her about my skin reaction, sent her the photos. She said that the dermatologist was wrong to say the product was not correct for my skin type, which made no sense at all. Then I asked about the " refund policy " at Monica Tolan clinic, which she totally ignored. When I instead asking her about the refund policy instead of simply answering my reasonable question, she blocked me on Instagram. She wasted time by going behind my back, looking for my personal information in their London clinic, instead of answering my question, which was totally out of order. Corinna's condecending behavior meant London clinic manager Claire started emailing me and still refusing to refund or offering any resolution. Due to the fact that she didn't even tried to resolve this problem initially, I didn't want to have further communication with her. She in the past was very unhelpful dealing with prepaid sessions anyway, so this was my second bad experience with Claire being an unhelpful clinic manager. I wrote to Reform skincare and provided details with the photos to prove my skin reaction to their product. They asked me which clinic I bought the product from and without further questions they said that I could get a full refund. Then Corinna's sister Rhona Tolan started writing to me, while Corinna decided to ignore my emails about the refund. I had met Corrina before in the clinic but never met Rhona, so this was also terrible way to deal with my inquiry. Even though Reform skincare confirm the full refund, Rhona refused. I had prepaid for skin treatments and asked for refund for these, because they totally made it impossible for me to go back to their clinic and have relaxing treatments. Rhona also refused to refund for my treatments, told me that I could use the credits towards buying products. The number she came up with didn't make sense and I asked her to break it down. Rhona didn't even include the Reform Vit C serum in the amount. Plus she didn't even apologise for this, which means she excluded the product from the credit amount deliberately. My terrible experience with this clinic proves that is all and onlyabout the money, the numbers and nothing to do with customer care and service. They do not want to know if anything goes wrong even when they cause skin problems.They have a lot to learn about customer care and simply respecting people.

I’ve been going to Monica Tolan for years and it’s my go to for anything beauty related. Initially I started by going for waxing and since then I’ve tried their facials and other beauty offerings. Everyone is lovely and the quality of the service has always been fantastic. Highly recomend to everyone!

I come here all the time for my laser hair removal treatments and I have such an amazing experience all the time! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! Treatment definitely works, I started seeing results after my first session. I couldn’t recommend Stefania enough! She’s always so sweet, always listens to my needs and makes me feel so comfortable. One of the best salons for sure
