Highly professional and a very friendly calming atmosphere. My chiropractor is Yiyang Cheah he has been extremely thorough so far and very informative with my assessment, I have now started treatment and hopefully in time will recover from my very complicated injury. I highly recommend Yiyang as he is very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely has a good energy about him. If you are having back or spinal issues, N12 Health is definitely the No.1 place to come in North London.

I went with the worst lower back pain / spasms I’ve ever experienced. Almost any movement was agony. After one session with Tao the worst of the pain was relieved. After 3 sessions I’m almost back to normal. In fact my neck - not the main problem - has been transformed and is more free than it’s been for 20 years. Highly recommended.

Six months ago my neck froze and was very painful, along with my lower back and hip pain, my quality of life deteriorated, so I was unable to function. My partner and I are masseurs but my condition did not respond to our ministrations. I knew of N12 Health and that Ruslan was treating people there. I knew nothing of chiropractic but had heard that it could be highly effective. Ruslan is highly energetic, strong and healthy looking and very well informed about the body, he is amiable and open and proved willing to answer my questions. The treatment started with an in depth consultation and some tests. I have a number of issues, so it was really reassuring. The first couple of appointments I noticed little change, indeed the day after treatment I felt tired and achy. By the third and fourth appointment, my neck was much freer and much less painful and I started to have much better days. I told Ruslan who commented that yes the symptoms would disappear but that they had been flags pointing to an underlying condition. He was treating the source of my symptoms. As the treatment progressed, I became not only near pain free but began to feel a wellbeing that I had lost since the Covid epidemic. I see now why so many people recommended chiropractic treatment. It is a path to health and well-being. I’m very grateful to Ruslan for introducing me to this practice and for his undivided attention when treating me. I will continue these treatments as they seem to regulate the body and strengthen it against the pressures of 21st century city life. I highly recommend Ruslan and this wonderful treatment. I am now enjoying its fruits.
