I had my shellac removed and a manicure. Manicure was ok, but no soaking which was odd. The removal of the gel has left my nails sore and sensitive. The technician used an electric nail file instead of gentle soaking with acetone. I know they usually use this electric file to take off the first layer but this was to remove all the shellac. I kept having to get her to stop as it was so hot and sensitive. Not one to leave bad reviews but my nails are really suffering because of this bad practice. I can’t comment on the other treatments as I’ve only been once.

I recently had a waxing service with Katy and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is very professional and skilled in her craft. The waxing itself was virtually painless and the results were amazing. My skin was left smooth and hairless, and the process was much quicker and more efficient than I expected. Wish I got the name of the lovely lady who completed my waxing for full arms, full legs, Hollywood and underarms. The staff at the front, I know you have nothing to do with nailt as you are a separate salon but you women are an absolute joke and have no respect when guiding other customers to show them where to go however, my lovely waxing lady; you are an absolute gem!!!!!!
