I’ve been lucky to be a part of Natalie’s womens circles and also to have had a fantastic nutrition consultation. Natalie is deeply knowledgeable, passionate about her work and takes a really holistic approach. She is talented at holding spaces and always makes you feel relaxed and safe. I would recommend any of her services!

Because of Natalie my health has improved substantially. I was feeling bloated and had some extra pounds to lose and after having a consult with Natalie I changed my meals and, along with exercise, I am feeling lighter. We are what we eat, what we think, what we feel and they are all connected. So changing my eating and exercising habits made me feel better and, consequently, I am also having better thoughts and being able to work on myself emotionally. Natalie is a miracle worker and all her meal plans are tailored to who you are. My meal plan was made specifically for my personal needs. I am forever grateful to Natalie, because she boosted my healing path. I can't thank her enough
