A fantastic experience! I originally had an appointment at a nearby salon, but it was moved forward, and unfortunately, I didn’t have time to make it. On the off chance, I popped into this salon for a trim and blow dry, and Niketa was extremely accommodating - a real lifesaver, as I had an important event to attend later that evening. She is very knowledgeable about hair and gave me some great advice. She also listened carefully to what I wanted - something I really appreciate, as some hairdressers can cut off too much. I was so happy with the final result! Excited to come back and she makes a lovely cuppa!

I came to the salon for a balayage and cut and I could not be happier with the results. I had a couple of example images with me and honestly the results are even better. Nicky is incredibly talented,professional, friendly and really took her time to make sure my hair was perfect. I completely trust Nicky and her team to deliver the perfect results and to help you achieve your dream hair. I’ve never had hair so good and healthy! :) thank you! Price is really reasonable for London and the 5star service you receive. Salon is cosy and friendly and there are other beauty treatments available. A must visit for hair!

I had 2 horrible experiences in this place and with Nikita, the first time I went to get colour and highlights and my hair was burnt at some ends, I went back to fix the situation and do a keratin treatment two weeks later and it ended up burning most of my hair, I came back very disappointed to claim to Nikita to return the money for the keratin (150 pounds) and she treated me very badly and also did not recognise the irreparable damage to my hair and only gave me half the money back. I have been a client of Nikita for 2 years and I can not believe such mistreatment. I had to cut my hair ultra short in another hairdresser and of course I will never go back and I do not recommend anyone to go to that place where they make irreparable mistakes due to poor quality of work. I attach photos of how my hair turned out.
