About O Spa at Austin Reed

This spa locates on the lower ground floor of Austin Reed. At the first impression, the spa was quiet and empty. I was greeted by my friendly therapist. The Re:fresh Facial was nice which included double cleanse and exfoliation. Pada-abhyanga and Hasta-abhyanga were good exfoliate treatment for arms and legs, however the massage was 'light' as stated. Overall good experience.
