Same as prior review as today I have never felt so humiliated in my life - The masseuse came in and didn’t even ask me what I wanted , I tried to tell her but not sure if she spoke English- she was yelling at someone - I asked her for a towel “ you don’t need it “ she said . I was made to lie on my back with no cloths . She just started message and than left door open and went out and was shouting at someone in Chinese - I asked her what’s wrong and she said “your first and last time” I asked her if she wanted me to go and she said no - in hindsight I should have told her to Stop! Her massage was pretty pathetic and was clear she didn’t want to do this job. - she was unprofessional , didn’t even apologise and didn’t even give me the 30 minutes I paid for / fortunately Maurice on reception had already picked up her bad behaviour and was speaking to his manger - he apologised profusely and refunded my payment - his manager also apologised and I hope he will take appropriate action .I only gave 1* as Maurice came to my rescue. It was an impulsive decision. My big mistake for not checking the reviews before hand. Never again for me - Sinister place down some stairs .

Unfortunately didn't feel very relaxed after this massage at all. Masseuse lady was very angry at the receiptionist because he let me choose between male and female masseuse and I have chosen female. she was shouting at him saying that he should let people choose, looked extremely forced to work and then in the mid of 30 min session try to say that I should have chosen male because she is tired and asked if she could go and ask someone else to finish massage. I felt bad for her, but it is not my fault and experience didn't feel relaxing.
