PERFECT LINE CLINIC HAS NOW CHANGED THEIR NUMBERS AND THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM. They state they have moved but can not find them and i have paid upfront. I did see the manager working in transform private hospital in Brentford. I approached and asked if i have the correct numbers she said yes and then took my number. That was over a week ago and have not heard nothing since! I will be contacting police end of month if i do not hear anything :(

Nothing! I am very dissapointed I had to wait for the lady to finish her conversation when she knew I was waiting.. She charged me £20 for a patch test which she insisted on, so I paid it knowing I had this deal for £119 for six sessions from kgb deals.. For my next appointment I took the day off work, and I was told their lease had run out and they had moved.. How disappointing! I have e-mail kgb deals if they can do anything about this?

Avoid this place!!! I bought a voucher for 6 sessions of IPL. My first session was very pleasant (not with the Manager, it was a man) Second session was a nightmare- the Manager sat behind her desk in a meeting with someone and completely ignored me. I waited and wait and the next customer came along. She was told to wait as well. 40 mins i waited for her in her little meeting when someone else turned up. I got up and said i was on my lunch break and had to reschedule. She said I quote 'oh you're killing me here' took me in for my treatment and spent literally a couple of mins then opened the door and walked out as i was still getting dressed. She returned to her 'meeting' (sounded like trying to sell another offer) and as i walked out about 5 ladies were waiting around. i wanted to book in my next appt and she basically said to call back as she sat down to her sales person. I was furious. 3rd treatment, arrived 5mins prior to appt, she was in the treatment room and the door said it was occupied. So i waited and waited and waited. 40mins again until she came out. She wasnt doing a treatment, she'd been in there with her colleague. had the cheek to tell me off for not knocking on the treatment door room- If i think she's in there with a client I'm hardly going to knock on the door. Plus her phone was ringing and she didn't come out to answer it so I easily though she'd over run with a client or double-booked us. I insisted on a refund! she took me details and promised a transfer the following week. 3 weeks later still no payment- and i keep calling but no one ever answers the phones!!! Absolutely appalling customer service! it's a shame because the treatment actually works. I've now got another voucher for elsewhere and the staff there are amazing! At first i thought this is what i get for buying the treatment so cheap but now I know its just Perfect Line's way of working because the other place i go now is wonderful!

I went there for a treatment of hair removal. They burnt my skin. Instead of issuing a refund they keep avoiding my emails, make excuses, and being very useless in general. The lady (MANAGER) seems unable to perform a task as easy as refunding 200 pounds - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
