  I booked my wife in here for a treat (cut, colour, nails etc) as she's had a few tough weeks with our newborn. When I first went in to enquire about prices, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and proffessional. Being a guy, they realised I didnt have a clue what to book, so made me a bespoke package, and included a free back and shoulder massage for her too. My wife came home looking radiant and like a new woman. She said it was the best salon experience she'd ever had and felt totally at comfortable there. The stylist had talked her into going blonde, which completely transformed her both in image and confidence. I have since been in to have my hair cut and was really pleased with the service too. (Admittedly I've not got loads to trim but it still grows!!) I would like to thoroughly thank all the team at Platinum for their help. Absolute lifesavers!!
