Today, I had a HIFU facial treatment at Quan Spa with Joanna (the Senior Beautician). She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cared about my comfort. Her hands were especially soft and gentle, making the experience even better. The results were amazing! As you can see in the attached photo, my skin feels tighter and looks refreshed. The treatment was non-invasive, and Joanna regularly checked to ensure the HIFU power was suitable, making the process comfortable throughout. I give 5 stars for cleanliness and hygiene—everything from the treatment room to the equipment and the entire spa was spotless. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking to improve their skin without surgery!

The technician was excellent; but not so much the pricing strategy. I had my first "Classic Pedicure" at this spa in early December when I had the Shellac nail polish removed and reapplied included in the treatment price (£50.00). I have now come back for a second time to have the same treatment but it worked out quite differently: I had to have the Shellac applied in the previous treatment removed and I asked to have NO polish reapplied to my toenails this time .... results: I had to pay extra for the removal at the beginning of the treatment!! I had my nails done many times and in many countries and nowhere else I had to pay for the polish removal when it is part of a pedicure! Quite appalled! I felt taken advantage of, not sure I will go back.

Quan Spa has always been my favourite place to escape and unwind. The team from reception greetings to nail Spa are incredible. Always making you feel at ease and venue is dog friendly. Massage therapist Dana has always been exceptional. She goes above and beyond to assist your needs. Relaxation to firmer massages are both lovely to loosen the knots. Highly recommend Dana and the team at Quan Spa.
