Sascha was great. Prompt start time to appointment, professional, efficient and thorough. My only comment is that I’m used to hot wax rather than strip wax in some areas, and I didn’t realise this wasn’t going to be used when booking (not available at salon); but this was possibly an error in assumption of mine when booking as it hadn’t specified on the website that hot wax wasn’t available. Wouldn’t, however, stop me booking again. Great service, and great beauty therapist.

I recently had an amazing skin treatment that included extraction, a mask, and Dermalux phototherapy, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Rachel was absolutely fantastic—super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
