No communication
Booked in for a hair colour consultation on 30th december as awful build up, told the lady I would like it rectifed and a new dark colour putting on. Told I would get a call that evening or next day Nothing heard so rang in a week later, was promised a call nothing got a fleeting message the following monday saying she would call back now 18th january and still no idea! I went to another salon and had a fabulous colour applied by a lovely helpful hairdresser at david lloyd Shame as Wallace were good last time I used them (2009)
