I had my hair done by Sarah, and she did an absolutely amazing job! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I left with a style and color I loved. The entire experience was fantastic—from the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the salon to Sarah’s attention to detail and expertise. She was very friendly and always smiling, which made the experience even better. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful blow dry at Rush in Chiswick! Hannah, my stylist, was absolutely lovely and took care of me from the moment I walked in. The service was exceptional—Hannah took the time to consult with me about my hair needs and how I wanted my style to look, ensuring everything was perfect. I was even offered coffee, tea, or another drink, which made the experience even more enjoyable during my busy schedule. The salon manager, Agnieszka, was also incredibly kind and welcoming, adding a warm and friendly touch to the whole visit. The service was flawless, and I’d give it five stars without hesitation. I highly recommend Rush in Chiswick to anyone looking for excellent hair services!

Terrible experience with half head of blonde highlights. I wish I'd read the other reviews about this branch and how bad they are with colouring. I asked for a half head of blonde highlights, a very simple request, and I stressed that I wanted a nice lift in colour as I have my hair trail for my wedding in one week... what I got was a half head of chunks of grey hair with my normal colour coming through underneath. I also asked for a cut and to cut in some bangs and he literally spent about 2 minutes cutting my hair. I asked him to cut some more off and he spent another 1 minute chopping into it but it didn't give me a nice fresh cut feel. I told the stylist at the time I wasn't happy and he said the colour was what I had asked for (!!). I hoped that when I got home and in a different light it would be ok but my family were so shocked when I walked in the door, I had to call back to complain. The manager didn't listen to me at all and put me straight back on with the stylist who told me to just wash my hair a few times so the toner rinsed out more.. utterly disgraceful service and you shouldn't have to go home and wash your own hair after being at the hair dressers! My hair does not look like I spent £160 on it with beautiful blonde highlights. The manager also tried to charge me £211 at the till and I had to tell her it should have 50% off the colour, clearly no note on the booking and would have charged me the full amount if I hadn't questioned it. The discount wasn't worth the stress and sadness, I would avoid this branch if you can. See picture for what I got vs what I asked for...
