I don't wish to put a bad review but it would not be fair for other customers to not do as I truly wouldn't have gone and spent the time and money after the experience I had. TLDR: therapist was clearly wanting to run down the clock and I was massaged for less than half the time I came in for a 1 hour indian head massage and I feel compelled to write a review to give others an honest account. It's such a shame as the salon is so nearby I would happily make this part of my regular routine but due to the experience I won't be back. > lay there for several periods in the massage with literally nothing happening , I nearly got up at one point > I could see the therapists feet when I was facing down and could see that her feet were pointing to the desk behind her where her phone was, to me it felt quite likely that she was looking at her phone. Additionally at one point an advert came on the soundtrack and she was able to skip it within a few seconds which made me think even more so that the phone was in her hand unlocked as she was able to change so fast. > started 7 mins late finished 2 mins early > actual massage was less than half, more like a third of the time > a lot of the 'massage' was lightly moving my hair around, I had said I like deep pressure before we had started. I basically do not feel massaged at all. I found the exprience uncomfortable and actually quite stressful given that I had paid for it. I could have said something but it feels awkaward to ask the therapist to actually massage you.

The massage isn’t really worth it. I booked a deep tissue massage and I can say that is not a deep tissue massage. The lady who massaged me focused on my legs and knees for 30 minutes and rushed the other areas. I have clearly mentioned that I want to focus my upper back due to the discomfort I have but when she reached my back she was so lazy to even apply proper pressure on it. My head and arms were not even massaged properly. Worst massage I’ve ever had in the UK.

Have come here a few times now to have manicures and pedicures done by the same technician (Gabi) after reading all the good reviews about her. My experience didn’t live up to them. Paid for pedicures including callus removal and they were never removed properly. Manicures weren’t done with care at times, often to the point my nails would bleed. The gel wasn’t always applied well, resulting in the nails not looking smooth after being cured. After many disappointing appointments, as well as unpleasant interactions with this technician (she has also been rude to other employees), I’ve stopped coming here now.
