I need to feedback on the service I received from SAKS. I will never get my haircut from your business ever again. It was the worst haircut I have ever had. It was only when I went home and washed and dried it myself that I realised that you had not listened to what I had asked for. I ended up going to jewel and esk college to get my hair fixed properly. When I saw the jewel and esk tutor she confirmed what I had thought- that you had left split ends in my hair and you had not properly layered my hair. The jewel and esk tutor's exact words were: "who did this to your hair? they have made a mess". They had to fix it and they did a proper job. You are supposed to be a good hairdresser but you didn't listen to what I asked for and did a very poor job which cost me money that I will never get back. You should feel ashamed of the poor job that you did and at every opportunity I will give your business a poor review as this is not acceptable and I have wasted money and had to get someone else to fix the disaster you had created with my hair cut. Shame on you and your business- you should spend more time training your staff to properly cut hair and listen to what the customer asks for.
