awful experience. I feel all parents need to be aware used this salon to get my children's hair cut, my little boy was having a tantrum, so I asked him to stop and if he didn't he would go home straight to bed, a few days later I receive a call from social services asking if they could visit as they has received an allegation from a local salon, when they came to my house they told me the report had said I had screamed at my son, threatened him and yanked him by his arm and the salon were concerned I was abusing him. after speaking to my son and my daughter the social services were happy these events had not taken place, in fact I had not laid a finger on my son. this could have turned out horrendously and this all because a stylist with no experience with children decided she didn't like me telling my son off. this person is a stylist not a child psychologist, I did put a review on the facebook which has been taken down by the salon I assume!!
