I visited the salt cave on 11/3/2024. The staff was friendly and explained how the salt cave worked. I walked inside and inhaled the salt. After about 15-20 minutes I started coughing. Then my nose started getting runny. There was a calming sound from the salt machine. I just remained in there for the rest of the time. Towards the end I coughed some more. My nose was runny a bit more as well. I didn’t think anything of it. But after a hour or so I felt that I could breathe a bit easier. Thank you Ray

Took my 3yr old and 6m old who both have a history of chest infections and RSV. The experience was good- good of entertainment for the children and it cleared out our colds (noses were steaming!). So far (and it has been a month), colds haven't turned into anything worse. I would certainly come back!
